Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior M365 Project Manager
What You Will Work On
Lead a large-scale Microsoft 365 implementation program
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and overall delivery
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization
Drive the implementation of SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Copilot Studio, and a new LMS
Plan and manage migration from existing collaboration and learning platforms
Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives
Coordinate business transformation activities for a large employee population
Ensure successful rollout of the new digital workplace
Manage project governance, reporting, and executive stakeholder communication
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
Coordinate vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders
Ensure project objectives are delivered on time and within budget
Drive continuous communication and alignment throughout the implementation

What You Bring
Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager leading enterprise IT transformation programs
Proven experience delivering large-scale Microsoft 365 implementation projects
Strong experience managing SharePoint implementation and migration projects
Experience leading digital workplace transformation initiatives
Strong project planning, budgeting, governance, and risk management skills
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Experience managing enterprise-wide platform migrations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead complex projects from initiation through successful completion
